Elegance, optionally in glass or imitation leather

The latest offshoot of the successful series offers a real innovation in terms of design. The OnePlus 13 is optionally available with a vegan leather back, making it particularly easy to grip. Regardless of the material, the smartphone looks very elegant. A circular camera array, a discreet Hasselblad emblem and the OnePlus logo adorn the back. On the front, there is the usual central punch hole for the camera and reduced edges. The casing measures 162.9 x 76.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs around 210 g. The glass version is slightly thinner at 8.5 mm and weighs a little more at 213 g.

Rain Touch, LTPO and more

The Chinese manufacturer has always paid particular attention to the display. This is also the case with the OnePlus 13, which features a 6.82-inch AMOLED panel. The LTPO 2.0 display supports dynamic refresh rates from 1 to 120 Hz and is therefore particularly energy-optimized. Thanks to a maximum brightness of 4500 nits, digital content is clearly visible even in very bright environments. The resolution is a crisp 3168×1440 pixels. Very practical: thanks to Glove and Rain Touch, the smartphone can also be operated with gloves and in the rain.

Only elite is good enough

The OnePlus 13 is at its best when it comes to performance. The manufacturer makes no compromises here and relies on the new processor from Qualcomm. The Snapdragon 8 Elite clocks at up to 4.32 GHz and is accompanied by a powerful Adreno GPU. Its high efficiency can greatly improve the battery life of the smartphone. The processor is supported by 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM. The internal memory is as generous as it is fast. The device offers a total of 256 GB of UFS 4.0 ROM.

THE FLAGSHIP KILLER 2024

Uncompromisingly well equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite, a Hasselblad triple camera and LTPO AMOLED panel, the Oneplus 13 gives other flagships a run for their money!

Hasselblad Trio

The OnePlus 13 is also economical in terms of the camera setup. The slim punch hole on the front conceals a 32 megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 21 mm focal length. On the back, however, amateur photographers can look forward to three high-resolution sensors. The 50 megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor is accompanied by an f/1.6 aperture and stabilized by OIS. The ultra-wide-angle sensor also offers 50 megapixels, with an impressive f/2.0 aperture and EIS. A 50 megapixel sensor with f/2.6 aperture is used as the telephoto lens, which is also stabilized by OIS. Distant objects can be brought closer using either the 3x optical zoom or the 120x digital zoom. As last year, the images are rounded off by Hasselblad's optimized software.

Larger battery

The manufacturer has actually managed to give the OnePlus 13 an even larger battery. The internal power source now measures an impressive 6000 mAh and is therefore over 10% larger than its predecessor. It can be charged either via USB C cable with up to 100 W or via wireless charging with up to 50 W. Reverse and wireless reverse charging for charging gadgets is also supported.

Modern standards included

Even though this is to be expected, the modern standards of the OnePlus 13 should not go unmentioned. Thanks to WiFi 7 and dual 5G support, you can always surf the fastest network - both on the move and within known home networks. Wireless headphones, smartwatches and the like are connected via Bluetooth 5.4. An NFC chip for contactless payment is available. High-quality stereo speakers, IP69 certification and a modern ultrasonic fingerprint sensor below the display round off the package.
